CompeteCue's source code is made available for viewing and evaluation. Permission is granted to view, clone and build the repository for personal, non-commercial evaluation, and to propose contributions back to the repository.
No other rights are granted. In particular, without prior written permission you may not:
- use the code, in whole or in part, in another product or service;
- redistribute, sublicense or sell copies of the software;
- publish the app, or a derivative of it, to any app store.
If you propose a contribution, you keep the copyright in it and grant the copyright holder a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify and distribute it as part of CompeteCue, including in a commercial release. You confirm the contribution is yours to give.
The CompeteCue name, logo and design are trade identifiers of the copyright holder and may not be used without permission.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It provides general preparation guidance for fitness events and is not medical advice — see the terms of use.
