Overview
What it is
ATHX Games runs arena-format functional fitness competitions in major exhibition centres (NEC Birmingham, ExCeL London, RAI Amsterdam and more). Athletes complete 6 workout zones over 2.5 hours.
Three categories scale the difficulty: Lite (entry level), ATHX (intermediate) and Pro (advanced). Workouts change each season — details here are for the 2026 season and will be updated when the next season is announced.
