Overview
What it is
TRYKA is an indoor functional fitness race built on the same run-station-run pattern as HYROX, with 8 × 1 km runs alternating with 8 functional stations, ending in a 500 m sprint finish.
Weights are prescribed per division and published in the TRYKA Rule Book (Version 2, 25/26 season). Penalty codes add 5 seconds per fault — 29 specific movement violations are defined.

- Stations: Farmers Carry (200 m), SkiErg (1,000 m), RAM (100 m), Rowing (1,000 m), Sled Push (4 × 12.5 m), Burpee Broad Jumps (80 m), Sled Pull (4 × 12.5 m), Sandbag Lunges (100 m)

Rules
Rules worth knowing

- No headphones or phones on the competition floor
- Event chalk provided; personal chalk not permitted
- Spiked shoes not allowed
- Doubles: both partners run together; station work split however you like
