CompeteCue Series guides

Series guides

9 series, one guide each

What each race actually is, how it is scored, and what to expect at the venue — format, rules, divisions and the practical details of the day. Every guide names where its facts came from, and says plainly which of them have not been through the verification pass yet.

HYROX

The indoor fitness race: 8 × 1 km run, a workout station after every lap.

Spartan

Obstacle course racing over trail and mountain terrain, from 5K to 50K.

Tough Mudder

Untimed mud-and-obstacle challenge built around teamwork, not the clock.

METRIX

The pairs fitness race: five 10-minute stations, DJs, and a score instead of a clock.

TRYKA

Indoor fitness race: 8 runs, 8 stations, sprint finish.

DEKA

Spartan’s fitness decathlon: 10 fixed work zones.

ATHX Games

2026 season · Arena-scale functional fitness racing in exhibition halls.

Turf Games

Team-based functional fitness festivals.

Road running

Timed running races on closed roads or paths, 5K to marathon.

If your race isn't here

Add it by hand — name, date, venue, distance — and the plan builds around it exactly as it would for a catalogue event. What you get is chosen by your predicted finish time rather than by the name on the vest, so a race with no guide of its own still gets the same plan.
